Important Notice Before Ordering

Please verify your game details carefully before placing an order. After an order has been paid for and completed/dispatched to the game server, CHESSMAN TOPUP cannot reverse the transaction and is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from CHESSMAN TOPUP (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or submit orders.

2Non-Liability Policy (Customer Errors)

For orders that have already been dispatched and completed on the game server, CHESSMAN TOPUP is not responsible and cannot issue refunds or replacements for the following cases:

Entered wrong Player ID (UID)

Wrong Server ID or Region selected

Chose the wrong game or package

Accidentally ordered for someone else's account

Already paid but wanting to change the package later

Customer in-game account bans, suspensions, or third-party issues

Temporary official game publisher server maintenance or network delays

3Refund & Cancellation Policy

Completed Orders Cannot Be Refunded:Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, orders dispatched to the game server are final and non-refundable.

If your order is still in PENDING status and has not yet been processed, you may contact our Customer Support immediately. However, because our fulfillment system processes top-ups automatically within seconds, modification or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once payment is verified.

💡 Tip:Always verify the in-game username preview before authorizing payment.

4Customer Responsibilities

Before scanning the QR code and completing payment, customers must verify the following:

Check your Player ID (UID) digits carefully.
Confirm the Server / Zone ID (e.g. for MLBB 4-digit zone).
Verify that the game title and package selected match your intention.
Save your Order ID / Receipt number as proof of payment.
Contact Support immediately if you suspect any discrepancy.

Our System Guarantee & Fair Resolution

System Error — 100% Responsible:If payment is successful but delivery fails due to an error on our platform or server issue, we take 100% responsibility and will re-fulfill or refund your order promptly.

Customer Input Error:If the order is completed to the wrong account because of an incorrect UID entered by the user, CHESSMAN TOPUP cannot retrieve or refund the digital items.

6Payments via ABA PayWay & Bakong KHQR (All Banks)

Payments on CHESSMAN TOPUP are securely processed through ABA PayWay and powered by Bakong KHQR, the national payment standard regulated by the National Bank of Cambodia. Customers can scan and pay with ABA Mobile or any other Cambodian mobile banking app supporting Bakong (including Wing Bank, ACLEDA, Canadia, Sathapana, and over 50+ banking institutions) with 0% transaction fee. Each generated KHQR is dynamic, unique to your specific order, and expires after 10 minutes.

7Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Moonton, Free Fire, Garena, PUBG Mobile, Level Infinite, and other game titles, logos, and graphics are trademarks and registered copyrights of their respective game publishers. CHESSMAN TOPUP is an independent digital recharge platform and claims no ownership or direct affiliation with these trademark holders.
